The franchise relationship between our Company and Nami Land Vietnam Company Limited (formerly operating under the name “Century 21 Real Estate Dragon City Franchise Store”) was officially terminated in July 2023.
Since the date of termination, Nami Land Vietnam Company Limited has ceased to be a member of the Century 21 franchise network. Consequently, they hold no rights or authorization to use the Century 21 system, branding, trademarks, or proprietary signage for any marketing, branding, or real estate brokerage activities.
We hereby clarify that all current business operations, public representations, contractual agreements, or commercial activities conducted by Nami Land Vietnam Company Limited are completely independent of and unrelated to Century 21 Real Estate Vietnam Company Limited. Our Company shall bear no liability or legal responsibility for any claims, debts, disputes, or actions arising from their conduct.
We kindly advise all customers and partners to verify through our officially authorized channels to protect their legitimate interests.
